Good morning all.
The weather so far this month has been very mixed to say the least! After Saturday's awful weather last weekend eldest and I did manage to get out and do a workshop on Sunday. The sun shone all day for us and it wasn't too cold...perfect for a day spent at the seaside. This last week has been very cold and there is more snow forecast and high winds for this week....I'm thinking the rescheduled workshop on Wednesday won't go ahead!
I did manage to get around the garden with the macro lens on to see what if anything was happening.
I do love this lens and whilst it was expensive I'm so glad I invested in it.
It's was so nice to see the snowdrops out in full force and there are lots of buds growing hither and thither, sure signs that spring is on it's way.
We still have buds on the roses though hubby did prune them this week. The gorse always looks so nice at this time of the year especially when the low winter sun is shining on it....we have lots of it on the banking around the garden which makes things look a lot more cheerful.
The patio is progressing slowly and hopefully the main work will be finished this week. The finishing off may have to wait until the temperatures rise though.
Until next time, happy snapping.
Carol xx
